Before entering private practice, Michele spent 10 years as the lead attorney for the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission’s Montgomery County Planning Board.

Prior to her time at MNCPPC she was an attorney with the National Association of Home Builders, advising developers nationwide on project-specific land use, zoning and liability issues.
