Hot Asphalt Plant Denied

2021: Successfully represented residential homeowners, a private Catholic high school and a local environmental group in defeating proposed hot asphalt plant located several hundred feet from residential wells and across the street from the school in Buckeystown, Maryland. Maryland’s Court of Special Appeals upheld Board of Appeal’s 2-2 vote as denial of site plan. Cleanwater Linganore, et al. v. 5703 Urbana Pike,et al, Court of Special Appeals, Sept.
