Rezoning: Thanks But No Thanks

Successfully represented civic association and several dozen individuals in connection with a 390-acre proposed rezoning from agricultural to a 1,250-unit planned unit development in Monrovia, approved by Frederick County Commissioners (2014) then reversed by the Circuit Court, denial upheld by Maryland’s Court of Special Appeals and Court of Appeals (2020). 75-80 Properties LLC, et al. v.
